Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse – Hospital

About the role

Join a leading healthcare provider in Singapore as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse, delivering high‑quality patient care within a hospital setting. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based nursing services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in line with clinical standards, hospital policies and nursing protocols.
• Administer medications, intravenous therapy, injections, wound care and other prescribed treatments accurately.
• Monitor, assess and document patients' vital signs, clinical conditions and responses to treatment, escalating concerns promptly.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and medical emergencies while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Perform nursing procedures such as specimen collection, catheterisation, nasogastric tube insertion and other clinical interventions within scope of practice.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
