Staff Product Manager - Digital Assets

About the role

Nium provides global infrastructure for real-time cross-border payments, moving nearly $60B annually for banks, fintechs and enterprises. It is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the build of its digital asset products: stablecoins, on/off-ramps and card products that let customers spend, settle and move value in USDC. The role focuses on shipping the actual product through compliance, engineering and go-live in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own stablecoin-funded card products, physical and virtual, funded from or settled in stablecoins (USDC and equivalents)
• Extend the multi-currency wallet to hold, convert and send stablecoins alongside fiat
• Design and ship on/off-ramp flows, including rate logic, settlement timing and failure handling
• Drive stablecoin-based cross-border settlement, working with network and settlement teams
• Evaluate and integrate custodians, exchanges and blockchain infrastructure, with integration timelines and SLAs
• Own compliance product design for digital assets, including MiCA, VASP frameworks, travel rule and FinCEN requirements

Required profile

• 7+ years in product management; fintech, crypto infrastructure or payments experience required
• At least one digital asset product shipped in production (stablecoin wallet, crypto card, on/off-ramp or digital settlement rail)
• Strong payments foundation: cross-border flows, FX, wallets and settlement mechanics
• Regulatory fluency: understanding of MiCA, travel rule, VASP registration and FinCEN MSB requirements
• Experience evaluating custodians, blockchain infrastructure or card networks
• Comfortable in high-ambiguity, high-compliance environments
