Steamer – Full‑Time Kitchen Role

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Steamer to join our island‑wide kitchen team in Singapore. The role involves preparing a variety of steamed dishes while maintaining the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and steam dishes according to specific recipes and plating standards.
• Maintain proper timing and temperature to ensure optimal flavor and texture.
• Monitor inventory levels and freshness of ingredients.
• Clean and maintain steamers and related equipment to meet food safety standards.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
