Stewarding Supervisor

About the role

The Stewarding Supervisor ensures the cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency of all food & beverage (F&B) and kitchen equipment at Raffles Hotel Singapore. Working closely with the F&B and culinary teams, you will lead a team of Steward Attendants to deliver a safe and high‑quality dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and quality of all F&B and kitchen operation equipment.
• Allocate daily tasks to Steward Attendants and monitor workflow efficiency.
• Conduct operational checks, ensure hygiene standards and HACCP compliance.
• Oversee dish‑wash operations, equipment sanitisation and timely return of dishes during peak periods.
• Inspect pantry and kitchen areas, coordinate with night‑cleaning and engineering for any issues.
• Manage waste collection, recycling processes and maintain a safe, dry kitchen floor.
• Update HACCP check‑lists and documentation daily.
• Lead, train and coach the stewarding team, including induction and on‑the‑job training.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to collaborate with F&B, culinary and engineering departments.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge and implementation.
• Dishwash machine operation and maintenance.
• Kitchen equipment handling and maintenance.
