Store Associate

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Associate to represent the HOKA brand in our Singapore retail locations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support store operations and help drive sales of performance footwear and apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and proactively address customer queries.
• Operate the till, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy.
• Manage inventory tasks such as stocktake and replenishment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and communicate product benefits to customers.
• Achieve sales targets on the floor and at the service zone.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Store In‑Charge.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Passion for outdoor activities, running or fitness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn about HOKA products and share that knowledge.
