Store Keeper – Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking an organized Store Keeper to manage all stock, oversee staff, and support promotional planning for our store. The role is critical for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring hygiene standards, and facilitating smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store all incoming goods and deliveries.
• Issue and receive stock according to established standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear records, file reports and invoices, and update the Material Management System (MMS).
• Monitor automatic replacement levels for food items and ensure proper storage of food, beverage, and operational stock.
• Enforce cleanliness and hygiene regulations in all storage areas.
• Validate store requisitions, ensure signatures from department heads, and match quantities issued.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to order and receive items, resolve vendor issues, and manage returns.
• Assist Accounts Payable with cost discrepancy checks and perform inventory audits.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail management or sales.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
