Store & Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Store & Sales Coordinator supports daily store operations and assists the sales team in delivering excellent customer service across Singapore. This junior‑level position combines inventory management, basic sales duties and hands‑on handling of incoming shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Unload containers and operate a forklift safely.
• Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
• Manage indoor sales transactions and assist customers.
• Take simple measurements for product placement and stock arrangement.
• Control inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Valid forklift licence.
• Class 3 or 2B driving licence preferred.
• Ability to work island‑wide in Singapore.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autocount inventory software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (plus is a plus).

• Monthly salary between SGD 2,000 and SGD 2,500.
