Store Supervisor – Retail Management

About the role

As a Store Supervisor you will join the junior management team of a retail outlet in Singapore, supporting the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales performance. You will oversee daily floor operations, coach staff and ensure visual standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service, handle enquiries and resolve complaints.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, analyse sales reports and optimise product placement.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the shop floor is clean and presentable.
• Supervise staff appearance, attendance and performance in line with company policies.
• Induct, train and develop team members, coordinating assessments and progression plans.
• Operate in‑store devices such as kiosks and utilise reporting tools for inventory and sales insights.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff while maintaining store standards.
• Attention to detail for visual merchandising and stock presentation.
