Store Supervisor – Retail Management

About the role

As a Store Supervisor you will join the junior management team of a retail outlet in Singapore. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service and help drive sales performance across your section.

Key responsibilities

• Provide managerial support and supervise all staff while maintaining shop‑floor standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle complaints and enquiries, and ensure staff appearance follows company guidelines.
• Monitor sales targets, use in‑store devices (e.g., kiosks) and reports to optimise product placement and achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Apply visual merchandising techniques to attract and engage customers, keep stock clean and presentable.
• Assist with induction, training and development of new and existing staff, ensuring completion of required assessments.
