Storekeeper

About the role

We are seeking an organized Storekeeper to manage all stock, staff coordination and promotional planning for our food‑and‑beverage outlets across Singapore. The role ensures accurate inventory control, hygiene compliance and smooth day‑to‑day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and store all incoming goods, ensuring quantities match purchase orders.
• Issue and record stock movements using the Material Management System (MMS).
• Maintain regular inventory counts, compile orders based on par levels and generate reports.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, hygienic and meet health‑and‑safety standards.
• Process store requisitions, obtain necessary approvals and track issuance.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to order, receive and resolve vendor delivery issues.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and assist with cost discrepancy checks.
• Support Accounts Payable with invoice posting and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail or store management.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and inventory control.

Required skills

• Material Management System (MMS) proficiency.
• Inventory Management Software usage.
