Strategic Learning & Development Partner

About the role

The Strategic Learning & Development Partner will lead the design and delivery of competency frameworks and training programmes across the organisation. This role works closely with business units to ensure learning initiatives align with strategic goals and adult learning principles.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance structures, appoint leads and collaborate with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across multiple domains.
• Curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes and orientation sessions that reflect the competency framework.
• Conduct learning needs analyses, source external vendors and act as the primary liaison for business‑unit training implementation.
• Organise capability‑building events and continuously review programme effectiveness for improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or related certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience developing competency‑based learning frameworks within a structured HR environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, set up systems and engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
