Strategy Consultant, Regional Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy Consultant to join our Regional Operations team and help shape the Shopee app and its operational processes. You will work closely with senior management, using data‑driven analysis to drive improvements across our ecommerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to analyse and enhance Shopee’s app and operations processes.
• Lead project‑based initiatives that identify and implement solutions for significant ecommerce improvements.
• Build strong relationships with local commercial teams and regional stakeholders, applying quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Continuously optimise strategies, designs, reporting and planning processes.
• Own and drive high‑impact projects across various operations verticals and workstreams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or in‑house strategy roles.
• Proven ability to work with data, extract insights, develop reports and create data‑driven solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse markets.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and market behaviour.
• Outstanding project management capabilities and familiarity with management frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting solutions to senior leadership.
