Strategy & Operations Partner – Agent Development (APAC)

About the role

Sierra is seeking a Strategy and Operations partner to support its Agent Development business across the APAC region. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to plan, organise, and optimise the deployment of AI agents for large enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Agent Development team to plan weekly resource deployment across customers, agent builds and countries, maintaining transparent systems for decision‑making.
• Define and scale the playbook for designing, building, evaluating and launching AI agents at enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with Agent Strategist leads to identify expansion opportunities and create repeatable motions that drive revenue growth.
• Analyse complex datasets and translate insights into executive‑ready recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives spanning Strategy, Product, Engineering, Legal and Operations.
• Build lightweight internal tools using AI‑native platforms such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy and operations at top‑tier technology firms.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and produce clear business insights.
• Proven track record supporting multidisciplinary operational teams as a trusted adviser.
• Excellent written communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast‑changing environments and a growth‑mindset.
