Strategy Specialist

About the role

Trust, a digitally native bank in Singapore, is looking for a Strategy Specialist to join the CEO office. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff, you will help shape the bank‑wide strategy and translate it into actionable objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the strategic agenda across the organisation.
• Bridge long‑term strategy with OKRs to ensure alignment.
• Support key initiatives and projects directed by the CEO and CSO, both strategic and tactical.
• Prepare high‑quality materials for Board meetings and other senior‑level forums.
• Assist with investor‑related activities and coordinate with the communications team for major media events.
• Champion the bank’s culture by identifying opportunities and leading initiatives that create a positive impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in strategy, planning or business analysis within digital or retail banks, or management consulting with a banking focus.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data and numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and memorandum preparation.
• Highly self‑organised, adaptable to fast‑changing priorities and able to thrive in a rapid‑pace environment.
• Passion for digital banking.
