Structural Coordinator (Senior Executive)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Structural Coordinator to join our Technical Team in Singapore. The role involves coordinating structural designs and drawings to ensure high‑quality construction project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor consultants’ structural design progress against agreed schedules.
• Review structural drawings for missing information, design clashes and constructability issues.
• Lead design coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication across disciplines.
• Manage drawing coordination and maintain submission schedules for timely construction issuance.
• Collaborate with BIM modelers/drafters on shop drawing preparation and provide technical guidance.
• Identify critical structural details required for construction and technical resolution.
• Prepare and submit material submissions, specifications, method statements and specialist trade shop drawings for approval.
• Proactively resolve technical issues raised by construction and consultant teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on residential or commercial projects is an advantage.
