Structure Coordinator (Condominium)

About the role

The Structure Coordinator will oversee design progress and ensure seamless coordination among consultants, clients, and subcontractors for condominium projects across Singapore. This role bridges technical design details with construction execution, guaranteeing that all drawings and specifications are accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor consultants' design progress against agreed schedules and highlight missing information, clashes, or design inconveniences.
• Manage overall design coordination, liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Facilitate communication of discipline‑specific information within the project team.
• Coordinate and control drawing exchanges between disciplines and subcontractors, ensuring timely issuance for construction.
• Work with BIM modelers/drafters on shop‑drawing preparation, conveying technical details through sketches and independent drawing analysis.
• Identify critical technical sections required for construction and technical resolution.
• Prepare and submit material submissions, specifications, method statements, and specialist trade shop drawings for approval.
• Resolve technical issues raised by construction and consultant teams through clear documentation and communication.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in design coordination or construction documentation.
• Experience on residential projects is an advantage.
