Student Care Centre Manager

About the role

Mind Sparks, the student‑care brand of Mind Stretcher, is seeking a dedicated Centre Manager to lead the daily operations of its newly launched centres across Singapore. You will work closely with the cluster manager and teaching staff to ensure a safe, nurturing, and academically supportive environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day centre operations, including staff scheduling, compliance with policies, and facility upkeep.
• Maintain high‑quality student‑care services covering academic support, recreational activities, and meal provision.
• Engage regularly with parents, providing updates on student progress, addressing concerns, and organising workshops and events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise centre staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Manage the centre’s budget, controlling expenses for staffing, supplies, and facilities.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, enrollment, and related data; oversee admissions and orientation for new students.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the centre and drive enrolments.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood, Care and Programme, or a related field (candidates without a diploma may be considered based on experience).
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective parent and staff interaction.
• Ability to manage budgets and maintain accurate administrative records.
