SUPERMARKET MANAGER

About the role

The Marketing Manager will plan, develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to promote the company’s services, expand market presence and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns including social media, website updates, SEO/SEM and digital advertising.
• Manage company branding, public relations and corporate communication activities.
• Coordinate with design teams for marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters and digital ads.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, engineering or professional services.
• Proven track record in campaign management, brand strategy and client engagement.
• Strong leadership, organizational and analytical abilities.
