Supervisor – Capella Culturist

About the role

The Supervisor, Capella Culturist supports the Assistant Manager in overseeing Living Room operations, delivering personalized, high‑quality service to guests. This role ensures seamless concierge assistance, accurate guest preferences handling, and smooth coordination of Capella Moments and Curates activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day Living Room operations and service hours.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel layout, amenities, local events, cultural heritage, and certified vendor details.
• Perform pre‑arrival calls, collect guest preferences, and arrange transportation, airline reservations, golf, tennis, luggage repair, art sales, and other special requests.
• Oversee Capella Moments and Capella Curates activities, ensuring timely execution.
• Conduct daily line‑ups, monthly inventory checks, and drive service excellence.
• Handle guest complaints following established procedures and ensure satisfaction.
• Document all guest requests, complaints, and special requirements, notifying relevant departments promptly.
• Communicate VIP and repeat guest arrivals and pertinent information to designated personnel.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a front‑of‑house role at luxury hotels or resorts.
• Exceptional customer‑service orientation with a focus on personalized attention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining options and activities is preferred.
