About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our construction and renovation teams across Singapore. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the company’s vision.
Key responsibilities
- Set performance goals and deadlines that align with company plans and communicate them to subordinates.
- Organise workflow, assign tasks, and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
- Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive and resolve complaints or problems raised by staff.
- Maintain accurate time‑keeping and personnel records.
- Facilitate two‑way communication between upper management and employees.
Required profile
- Professional level experience in a supervisory role within construction or renovation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
