About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis. The role involves overseeing daily operations across Singapore, ensuring that team members meet performance targets and align with the company’s vision.
Key responsibilities
- Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company plans and communicate them to subordinates.
- Organise workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems promptly.
- Maintain time‑keeping and personnel records.
- Relay information between upper management and staff.
Required profile
- Professional level experience in supervising staff.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle employee concerns and maintain accurate records.

What we offer

- Salary range SGD 3,200 – 6,000 per month
