About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to join XINPENG F&B across Singapore. The role involves coordinating daily operations, supporting staff development, and acting as a bridge between management and employees.

Key responsibilities

Compile training materials and facilitate training sessions.
Liaise between management and employees to ensure clear communication.
Monitor and report job performance to management on a daily basis.
Establish business knowledge and promote shared company goals.
Provide guidance and assistance to staff as needed.
Prepare work schedules and manage staffing allocations.
Assist with other administrative tasks when required.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience in an Assistant Supervisor role or similar.
Ability to enhance business knowledge among company employees.
Exceptional ability to motivate employees and foster teamwork.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
