About the role
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead our island‑wide team in Singapore. The role involves setting objectives, organizing workflow and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. You will report directly to senior management and play a key part in driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work longer hours, including weekends and public holidays.
