Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our island‑wide operations for Swallow & YY Kitchen in Singapore. The role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring high standards of service, and driving continuous improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to staff.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and managing shift coverage.
• Oversee and coach employees to maintain performance and morale.
• Identify efficiency issues, propose and implement improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Ability to work long hours, stand for prolonged periods and work weekends/public holidays.
