Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our team at Al Hadi Bistro in Singapore. The role involves setting performance goals, organizing workflow, and ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s vision and communicate them to subordinates.
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Pass on information between upper management and employees.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.
• Decide on rewards and promotions based on performance.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and undertake disciplinary actions when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant role.
• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
