About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead daily operations across its islandwide locations in Singapore. This middle‑management position involves setting objectives, coordinating staff, and ensuring safety and efficiency standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees, identifying efficiency issues and suggesting improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to work longer hours with prolonged standing.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
