Supervisor – Middle Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead our team at Serene Beauty Spa across Singapore. This permanent, middle-management position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high service standards, and supporting staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and managing staff rotas.
• Oversee and coach employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements to optimise operations.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with extended periods of standing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and capable of problem-solving.
