Supervisor (Middle Management)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead our team across Singapore. In this middle‑management position you will set objectives, organise workflow and ensure a safe, efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods and work weekends/public holidays.
