About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our team across Singapore. The role involves setting objectives, organizing workflow, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while maintaining high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees to achieve targets.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work weekends/public holidays.
