Supervisor – Middle Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to join our beauty business across Singapore. In this middle‑management position you will lead a team, organise daily operations and ensure that our standards of safety and service are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and monitoring progress.
• Oversee and coach employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Identify efficiency issues, propose improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to solve problems effectively.
• Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods and work weekends/public holidays.
