Supervisor – Operations & Team Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our island‑wide team in Singapore. The role focuses on aligning daily operations with the company’s strategic vision while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set performance goals and deadlines that reflect the company’s plans and communicate them clearly to subordinates.
• Organise workflow, ensuring each employee understands their duties and delegated tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Receive and resolve employee complaints and workplace problems.
• Maintain accurate time‑keeping and personnel records.
• Act as a conduit for information between upper management and staff.

Required profile

• Professional level experience in supervising staff.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle employee relations and resolve issues promptly.
