About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead a team at our Singapore office. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring performance standards, and maintaining a safe and customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and ensure team members meet performance expectations.
Provide clear instructions and delegate tasks to subordinates.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy workplace.
Meet project and service deadlines.
Approve and verify work hours and attendance.
Deliver excellent customer service across all touch points.

Required profile

Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and high accuracy.
Integrity, reliability and a solid work ethic.
Team‑player attitude with a professional appearance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
