Supplier Account Manager (B3)

About the role

The Supplier Account Manager (B3) aligns and implements commodity strategies, manages supplier agreements, and resolves systemic supply‑chain issues to ensure quality, cost, delivery and lead‑time performance.

Key responsibilities

• Aligns and implements commodity strategies.
• Manages the maintenance of agreements with suppliers.
• Engages with the PLC process to ensure alignment with commodity strategies.
• Coordinates new supplier introductions and disengagements.
• Supports resolution of systemic supply‑chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery or lead‑time.

Required profile

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in the discipline and basic knowledge of related areas.
• Understands best practices, market competition and integration with other functions.
• Acts as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues and may lead small projects.
• Solves complex problems using judgment from multiple information sources.
