Supply Chain Analyst – Planner/Buyer

About the role

Join the Global Operations & Quality team and help ensure that life‑saving cardiovascular devices reach patients worldwide. As an Analyst, Planner/Buyer you will work closely with manufacturing, sales and supply‑chain functions to balance demand and supply, manage inventory and support material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Validate MRP outputs, identify gaps and execute recovery actions for short‑ and mid‑term planning.
• Maintain accurate planning data and ensure continuous material flow from suppliers to production.
• Proactively manage supply risks such as shortages, delays or capacity constraints.
• Optimize inventory levels using safety stock, DOH, Min/Max and ROP parameters.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve material and capacity issues.
• Support inter‑site material flow, network planning and on‑time order fulfillment.
• Use dashboards and analytics to identify risks, recommend actions and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist with audits, process adherence and documentation for planning and procurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics or production control.
• Experience in a medical‑device or other regulated industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
