About the role
A global manufacturer of engine lubricants for the automotive industry is looking for a Supply Chain Assistant Manager through its partner. Reporting to the Regional S&OP Manager, the role supports the supply chain and demand planning needs of 13 markets across Singapore and the Export Markets business unit.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the sales forecasting process for all 13 markets
- Manage Singapore stock replenishment and liquidation
- Validate sales forecasts from APAC countries and understand the drivers behind demand changes
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team so that their market and customer knowledge and plans are reflected in the forecasts
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 6 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Demand Planning
- Experience managing finished goods, within either consumer goods or after-market
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust with key stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert
