Supply Chain Business Analyst Intern

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for an intern to join its Supply Chain Business Analysis team in Singapore. The role covers supply chain processes such as inventory analysis and order fulfillment, with minimum supervision, and requires working on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Compile key metrics, produce reports and analyse data using IT systems or AI tools to improve delivery metrics
• Review current business processes for regional and global business unit planning teams, and regularly review performance metrics to identify improvements
• Collaborate across countries within a region and partner with high-level individual contributors
• Support integration projects across ERP, WMS and planning systems
• Assist in AI/ML initiatives such as forecasting, anomaly detection and predictive analytics
• Identify automation opportunities in planning, procurement and logistics
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and project outcomes
• Take part in process mapping, documentation and testing, and support digital transformation initiatives

Required profile

• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months on a full-time basis
• Preferred: exposure to ERP systems, APIs or integration workflows
