About the role

Join Edwards Lifesciences Singapore in a full‑time Supply Chain Development Program (P1). This rotational role offers hands‑on experience across strategic sourcing, demand planning, supply planning and global distribution, building a solid foundation for a career in supply chain within the healthcare and medical devices industry.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing – support category management, negotiation, contracting, finance and project‑management activities.
• Demand planning – learn methods to determine sales and production volumes across a global network of plants.
• Supply planning and production scheduling – optimise resources within a manufacturing plant using defined planning methods.
• Global distribution – utilise tools to understand transportation, warehousing and trade‑compliance requirements.

Required profile
