Supply Chain Executive

About the role

House of Amber Nectar Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Executive to oversee procurement, forecasting and inventory continuity. The role sits at the centre of a high‑volume coordination environment, working closely with logistics, vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless purchase order execution and uninterrupted stock flow.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and process purchase orders for a network of 10+ active suppliers, handling up to 50 POs per month.
• Track inbound shipments, monitor delivery schedules and act as the primary point of contact for vendor updates.
• Manage demand forecasting to ensure incoming stock has adequate best‑before‑date shelf life.
• Maintain lot management practices (FIFO/FEFO) and ensure accurate tracking of batch numbers, expiry dates and stock locations.
• Own end‑to‑end inventory transaction recording in the ERP system, including receipts, withdrawals, transfers and adjustments.
• Support monthly stock reconciliation, invoice matching and audit activities.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, sales and warehouse teams to align shipments with capacity and delivery schedules.
• Proactively flag potential supply gaps, shipment delays, slow‑moving stock or expiry risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using ERP or inventory management systems.
