Supply Chain Leader – Data Centre & GPU Infrastructure

About the role

Nava is seeking a senior Supply Chain Leader to own end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations for large‑scale data‑centre and GPU infrastructure in Singapore. The role combines strategic sourcing, vendor management and logistics to ensure continuous availability of critical hardware while driving cost efficiency and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement, sourcing and vendor negotiations for data‑centre components such as GPU servers, AI hardware, networking, storage, racks, power, cooling and cabling.
• Develop and execute supply‑chain strategies that support massive GPU deployments and infrastructure scaling.
• Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning and capacity requirements for high‑value hardware.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives while maintaining operational reliability and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance and vendor teams to align supply‑chain activities with business goals.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and risk, and build contingency plans for critical components.
• Oversee logistics, import/export and warehousing processes for APAC, with a focus on Singapore.
• Create dashboards and processes for real‑time procurement visibility.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (Senior Manager, Head or Director) in supply‑chain or procurement for infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale data‑centre or GPU infrastructure procurements.
• Experience with GPU vendor ecosystems (e.g., NVIDIA OEM partners, hyperscalers).
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and risk‑mitigation capabilities.
• APAC/Singapore logistics and import/export knowledge.
