Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Fisher & Paykel is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations in Singapore. The role will drive product availability, optimise lead times and manage warehouse and distribution of finished goods and spare parts, supporting the company’s ambition to become the world’s number one premium appliance brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the market‑specific supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Lead weekly performance reviews, analyse delivery trends, identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning and inventory optimisation to mitigate supply risks.
• Collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams to maintain optimal stock levels while minimising excess, expiry and write‑offs.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers and global logistics partners, including 3PL providers.
• Supervise warehouse operations, delivery and logistics, ensuring service level compliance and minimal disruptions.
• Handle issue resolution, customer complaints and compensation within defined authority.
• Drive cost‑effective logistics, monitor budget impact and report financial performance.
• Promote digitalisation and continuous improvement across supply chain processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in a premium or consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership capability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive operational excellence.
