Supply Chain Specialist (Front-End)

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist (Front-End) in Singapore. The role addresses growing supply chain complexity and sub-tier dependencies, provides dedicated resources to debottleneck critical suppliers, improves supply assurance during ramp and constrained environments, speeds up issue resolution compared with a traditional buyer structure, and builds longer-term visibility across shared sub-tier suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Track demand versus supply across critical sub-tier suppliers, monitor their purchase orders and fulfillment, and validate that they have capacity and can deliver on time
• Identify and prioritize bottlenecks affecting key programs, lead cross-functional and supplier engagements to remove constraints, and drive recovery plans for shortages, late deliveries and capacity issues
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex supplier and sub-tier issues, follow up until resolution and coordinate escalation across suppliers, sub-suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Align supply priorities across divisions, identify common sub-tier suppliers and consolidation opportunities, and support shared supply chain capabilities and cross-site resilience
• Support business ramps and demand surges, partner with planning and procurement teams, and develop continuity plans for critical materials
• Monitor supplier commitment versus actual delivery, sub-tier readiness and capacity, shortage and backlog, and produce dashboards and reports for leadership
• Identify gaps in multi-tier visibility, build processes to track sub-tier risks, and develop playbooks for supplier escalation and recovery

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement or supplier management
• Experience in a high-mix, complex manufacturing environment such as semiconductors or equipment
• Familiarity with supplier ecosystems and multi-tier supply chains
