Supply Planner – Global Supply Chain

About the role

As a Supply Planner you will ensure the right product is delivered at the right time and in the right quantity. Working across purchasing, manufacturing and logistics, you will translate demand plans into executable supply schedules and help the business meet its service and cost targets. The role reports to the Global Supply organisation and is ideal for professionals with 3‑5 years of planning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop reliable, agile supply plans and adjust them based on changing demand inputs.
• Monitor constraints, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate with suppliers, production and logistics to resolve issues.
• Maintain master data (lead times, safety stock, lot sizes) in planning tools and ERP systems, using o9 and SAP.
• Escalate supply risks early, propose solutions and track execution performance.
• Support product launches, engineering changes and end‑of‑life transitions in partnership with Product Lifecycle Planning leads.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, scenario planning and the adoption of new planning tools.
• Foster a high‑performing, inclusive team culture by sharing ideas and seeking feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply or production planning.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate impacts clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the o9 planning platform.
• Experience using SAP ERP for supply planning, work order and purchase order management.
