Supply & Planning Coordinator

About the role

The Supply & Planning Coordinator will ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time, supporting the Marine Products division’s global network. You will act as the link between customers and internal teams to guarantee product availability and efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Customer Service, inventory, freight, warehouse, and procurement departments to secure product availability for order processing.
• Process customer orders and communicate delivery status to the Customer Service department.
• Monitor vessel schedules with customers' appointed agents and update order details accordingly.
• Plan and schedule drivers for deliveries, ensuring cost‑efficient utilisation.
• Carry a cellular phone and laptop for remote access after hours and on weekends.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations Management with 1‑2 years relevant experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a roster.
