Supply Planning Manager – APAC

About the role

The Supply Planning Manager will ensure smooth, efficient supply‑chain operations across APAC markets, helping products reach customers at the right time and place. You will develop strategic supply plans, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain supply‑planning schedules that align demand forecasts, production requirements, and inventory targets.
• Partner with site teams to optimise production forecasts and provide clear supply recommendations.
• Monitor distribution‑center in‑stock performance, inventory health, demand‑plan updates, capacity and supply‑chain trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage finished‑goods inventory planning and deployment while balancing demand, capacity constraints and production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review retail in‑stock, demand plans, distribution and site performance, improving ways of working and resolving issues.
• Utilise digital supply‑planning tools, analytics and S&OP insights to guide decisions across the value chain.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning within FMCG or similarly fast‑paced industries.
• Track record of delivering cost optimisations, supplier collaboration and sustainable value creation.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to anticipate market trends and align strategies with long‑term objectives.
• Experience supporting process change or technology transformation across regional and global partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of communicating with executives and senior stakeholders.
