SVP, Privileged Access Management Manager

About the role

DBS Group Technology manages the bank's operational processes and its infrastructure and system. This role leads and manages a team of engineers and operations specialists supporting the enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. It covers end-to-end strategy, planning, deployment, operations and development of the privileged access management framework, infrastructure and processes, and the administration and support of the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide vision for privileged access management, enable innovation and align with industry trends and continuous improvement to strengthen the bank's security posture.
• Own budgeting, project management, deployment, reporting and operations support of new initiatives in privileged access management.
• Drive automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure with other systems to achieve straight-through processing and reduce manual work.
• Handle day-to-day support, monitoring, upgrades, patching, configuration and management of the privileged access infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing operations support, including management reporting and operations dashboards on governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Required profile

• 10+ years of related technical experience in CyberArk, including deployment, configuration, management and support of all CyberArk components, regional support and API integration.
• Enterprise-level exposure to privileged access management processes and compliance with security standards.
• Experience handling audit matters on privileged access, including internal, external and regulator audits across the region.
• Ability to manage and supervise staff, including hiring, performance management, development and counselling.
• Prior experience in a banking environment preferred.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise privileged access management, risk management, compliance, governance and control.
• Knowledge of key platform OS and databases such as Windows, Unix, MSSQL and MariaDB; prior administration experience preferred.
• Experience developing project plans, resource requirements and cost estimates, delivering projects within budget.
• Able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
