SVP, Wealth Lending Product Manager, Private Banking

About the role

DBS is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Product Manager to build and scale its Wealth Lending business across the wealth continuum (Treasures, TPC and Private Bank). This is a newly established regional role focused on developing and managing lending programmes, driving product innovation and delivering competitive financing solutions that support the broader wealth strategy. The role works closely with stakeholders across Wealth, Credit, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product management of wealth lending solutions, including Lombard lending, securities-backed financing and bespoke structured credit offerings
• Define and execute product strategy, value proposition and multi-year roadmap, and lead the design of lending programmes
• Drive product awareness, adoption and commercialization with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors and Wealth teams, and act as subject matter expert
• Support product training, communication and sales enablement, and turn front-office feedback into product improvements
• Work with Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams, ensuring products meet regulatory and policy requirements
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from launch to repricing, repositioning or retirement, and monitor performance and profitability
• Track market trends and competitors, support portfolio analytics and pricing reviews, and lead regional initiatives to harmonize product offerings

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in lending product management
• Demonstrated experience developing, launching and managing lending products and programmes
• Experience in Credit structuring or Credit approval is highly preferred
• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
