Swim Coach & Operations Executive (Islandwide, Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our swim centre team as a Swim Coach and Operations Executive. You will combine hands‑on coaching for young swimmers with the coordination of daily class activities across multiple locations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers and young children, initially supporting senior coaches and gradually taking full teaching responsibility.
• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.
• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, bookings and attendance records.
• Communicate class schedules and updates to parents and support overall centre operations.
• Maintain pool safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards before, during and after classes.
• Set up and pack up pool areas, ensuring equipment is stored safely.

Required profile

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare or teaching is an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
• Relevant swimming, first‑aid or lifesaving certifications are a plus.
