System Engineer / Administrator – Azure Cloud

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer/Administrator to manage and optimise our Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure while providing on‑site and remote IT support at our Singapore headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Provide on‑site and remote IT support, including user onboarding/offboarding, device setup and vendor coordination.
• Ensure network connectivity, Wi‑Fi stability, system patching and support business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor endpoint protection, perform vulnerability remediation and assist with cybersecurity incident containment.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, track equipment lifecycle and oversee secure hardware disposal.
• Analyse service trends, manage IT service tickets and ensure compliance with IT governance policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 / O365 and Azure Cloud.
• Regional support experience is an advantage.
• Cyber‑security experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
