Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join Atlas Technica’s Singapore team. The role provides technical support and systems administration for hedge‑fund and investment‑firm clients, offering fast‑track career development in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IT support services to end‑users and manage tickets through a ticketing system.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow strict change‑control procedures.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune and Azure AD.
• Administer Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy and, where applicable, Citrix XenApp.
• Provide endpoint protection using Sophos or similar solutions.
• Assist with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Troubleshoot networking components – TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching and firewalls.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support, systems engineering or systems administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements (lifting up to 50 lb, standing, climbing stairs, etc.).

• Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Citrix XenApp (preferred).
• Sophos or comparable endpoint threat‑management tools.
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper‑V.
• Networking: TCP/IP, LAN, DMZ, WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise suite, Azure, AWS, Google Workspace, Box, Dropbox, Duo, Okta, AirWatch (optional).
