T24 Senior Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior T24 Developer to design, build and maintain robust, scalable solutions on the Temenos T24 platform. The role involves working in a multi‑company, multi‑application server environment and collaborating closely with business and technical teams to deliver high‑quality banking software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy custom T24 modules (SC, CA, TAFJ R23+) using Design Studio, Gitlab and JBOSS.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, ensuring system stability and rapid recovery.
• Collaborate in a Safe Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews and status updates.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across Finance, Operations and Project Management, providing clear communication on progress and risks.
• Enforce architectural guidelines, code quality standards and security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on T24 development experience, preferably with private banking modules.
• Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging, STP processes and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, influence project timelines and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• T24 R23 or higher, TAFJ R23 or higher.
• Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS, SQL Developer, JIRA.
• Temenos Unit Test framework, Job schedulers (AWA).
• Monitoring tools: Tivoli, Dynatrace, Splunk.
• Oracle DB concepts, Linux scripting, COBOL services framework.
• Integration frameworks: IRIS, MQ, Outbox Event Streaming.
• Experience with cloud‑based T24 deployments.
